On September 7, 2025, Phidelity closed a 3.5-hour ambient set at Imagine Festival
by playing Lionel Richie's "All Night Long."
He was offered the main stage in the afternoon and found himself banned by sunrise.
This is the evidence that will vindicate his good name.

The Video Evidence

Two recordings of the conclusion of Mr. Northern's performance. The first captures the actual acoustic environment. The second was shot beside the stage monitor and should be disregarded. To offer it as evidence of front-of-house volume is to mistake the wedge for the room.

Captured immediately adjacent to the stage monitor. Documents exaggerated volume and monitor bleed, not audience-area sound levels.

Exhibit C

Acoustic Profile Analysis

Independent analysis conducted using the Rasenick Scale (Rs), a logarithmic unit of sound measure. Mr. Northern's performance registered between 0.15 and 0.19 Rasenicks (150-190 milliRawrs). Under all proposed standards, this falls well below the contested raging-it threshold.
